Prime new Redditch development moves a step closer

Works on site to develop a brand new 20-acre industrial development in Redditch have moved a step closer with the news that the development partnership behind it, St Francis Group and the Richardson family have today submitted a detailed planning application.

Construction of the scheme known as Velocity-42 - which already has outline planning consent is expected to commence at the beginning of June with works expected to take 9 months to complete with the first units available for occupation by early 2019.

Velocity-42 is a prime 20-acre site situated at Park Farm Industrial Estate, Redditch, that the development partnership intends to develop speculatively. It will offer potential occupiers a range of B1/B2/B8 units from 45,500 to 92,500 sq ft, developed to a grade-A specification.
