Project Overview

This 168 acre site acquired from ICI is the subject of a recent planning application seeking consent for around 50 acres of employment uses and 23 acres of residential development with extensive public open space.

Offering a number of challenges including a fore shore position, contaminated ground, adjoining railway lines, sensitive natural landscapes and with an existing residential community nearby, this site has enabled St Francis Group to employ all of its specialist areas of expertise within a single project.
