Project Overview

St Francis teamed up with the Richardson family to deliver a speculative scheme of five units totalling 270,000 sq ft. Construction work is due to start onsite in May 2018 with units ready for occupation in February 2019.

Having purchased the site on an unconditional basis, St Francis Group appointed its sister company DSM to undertake demolition and ground works and create a development ready site with the benefit of detailed planning consent permitting the full range of employment uses.

St Francis Group entered into a collaborative funding agreement in December 2017 to bring forward a single phase of speculative development in direct response to the lack of high quality industrial warehouse space in the Kettering area. Units will range from 25,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft and will be built to a high specification to meet modern occupier needs.
