St Francis teamed up with the Richardson family to deliver a speculative scheme of five units totalling 330,000 sq ft. Construction work is due to start onsite in June 2018 with units ready for occupation in Q2 2019.
Having purchased the site on an unconditional basis in 2016, St Francis Group appointed its sister company DSM to undertake demolition and ground works and create a development ready site with the benefit of planning consent permitting the full range of employment uses.
St Francis Group entered into a collaborative funding agreement in December 2017 to bring forward a single phase of speculative development in direct response to the lack of high quality industrial warehouse space in the Redditch area. Units will range from 45,500 sq ft to 92,000 sq ft and will be built to a high specification to meet modern occupier needs.
